When Zach Baker our Senior Real Estate Advisor, sat down with Crain’s Grand Rapids Business recently, he talked about the relational heart of our work and that we don’t just build a space and hand over the keys. Our goal is to partner on the journey our tenants have and grow right alongside them.
Take the team at VPE Group. They started as tenants in one of our properties years ago. As they grew, their needs changed, and we were right there to help navigate that next chapter. Today, we’re walking with them through a brand-new development where they are moving into a larger space that will serve them for decades to come. But more importantly, they’re becoming owners of that space.
From the first real estate conversation to the final punch list and day-to-day property management, we’re with our partners for the long haul.
